Team Volunteer Duties.

Tend Bar:  Set up both mixed drink bar and beer/wine table.  At mixed drink bar, 2 people to help throughout the even to make mixed drinks. Volunteers can keep all tips for their team. Must collect drink tickets in exchange for beverage.  At the end of the event, help breakdown and clean up serving area.

Door:  2 people for the door to collect money and check members in. 

*Note:  This event goes from 12:15pm to 3:30pm, so about 3 hours in all.  

*Note:  Please have the people you have who are tending bar arrive to set up not later than 11:45am as serving begins at 12:15pm.   

*Note:  All tips money made from tending bar goes to team.  

*Note:  Please let team volunteers know that at the end of the event they are asked to stay and help clean up a bit.
