Team Fee	$575	Per Team; Manager is responsible for making payment; Teams may self-sponsor.
Team Volunteer Requirement	$125	Payable only if volunteer hours are not met. Learn More
Player Fee	$95	Per Player; 10 Players Minimum
Free Agent Fee	$0	Free to sign up. Player fee due when added to team. For new players or looking for a new team. Learn more about Free Agents
Associate Fee	$53	Non Player Membership; How to register as an Associate
Dual Member Fee	+$20	For Players who play in the Women's+ and Open Divisions; How to register as a Dual Member -- When registering as a dual player use the discount code DUAL23 at charge out
Limited Player Fee	$45	For Players invited by existing teams in Women's+ division to play a limited number of games (max 5). Use the DISCOUNT CODE: SFLIMITED23 at check out.

Free Agent - New SFGSL Member	$95	All players are assigned to a team.
Free Agent - Previous Spring Member	$55	Use discount code FALLBALL23 when registering. This discount may only be used for members who have played earlier in the same calendar year. This discount code may not be applied during Spring registration.
