- Please fill in all items outlined below in order to submit your fundraiser request for advertisement on the SFGSL website and weekly newsletter distribution.
- You must submit your request at minimum of one week prior to your event. Forms submitted with less than one week will not be placed on the SFGSL website.
- The SFGSL reserves the right to filter material submitted.
