Team Registration

Team registration is now open. Please complete the following steps to registration your team.

STEP 1: ONLINE FORM
Fill out the form below to begin the team registration process. This form must be completed by February 15, 2012.
STEP 2: EMAIL TEAM ROSTER
Download and complete the Team Roster Form and email it to the SFGSL Secretary by February 15, 2012.
STEP 3: PLAYERS CONTRACT + FEES
Your team will not be officially registered until all signed Players Contract , team registration fee and member fees are turned in at the February 18th league meeting. Member fees ($70 per player, $30 for associate, $80 dual membership) need to be paid with one combined check or money order payable to the SFGSL. The team registration fee is $500 and needs to be paid in a separate check made out to the SFGSL.
