Team registration is now open. Please complete the following steps to registration your team.

ONLINE FORM Fill out the form below to begin the team registration process. This form must be completed by February 15, 2012. |
| STEP 2: |
EMAIL TEAM ROSTER Download and complete the Team Roster Form and email it to the SFGSL Secretary by February 15, 2012. |
| STEP 3: |
PLAYERS CONTRACT + FEES Your team will not be officially registered until all signed Players Contract , team registration fee and member fees are turned in at the February 18th league meeting. Member fees ($70 per player, $30 for associate, $80 dual membership) need to be paid with one combined check or money order payable to the SFGSL. The team registration fee is $500 and needs to be paid in a separate check made out to the SFGSL. |
